Mario Mazzer

Mario Mazzer graduated in 1978 with a degree in architecture from the Polytechnic University of Milan and in 1979 as an Industrial Designer at the Milan Polytechnic School of Design. Following his studies he began collaborating with the masters of Italian design, Achille Castiglioni and Marcon Zanuso, and in 1980 he founded Studio Mario Mazzer Architects which operates in the field of product design, interior design, architecture, art direction, and strategic consulting.

In architecture he works worldwide developing projects that range from residential, hospitals and private clinics, headquarters, shopping malls, hotels and restaurants, schools, and more.

Mazzer’s works have been exhibited in numerous museums and design exhibitions. In 2004 he was included in MoMA’s “Encyclopedia of Design”. He continues to contribute to the cultural debate on design by speaking at conventions and conferences around the world.

Mario Mazzer has won numerous international awards, both in design and in architecture. His projects have been published in the most recognized and prestigious national and international magazines.
